Our shipping time is usually 7-14 business days (M-F). Once your order ships, you will be notified and will receive tracking information. Please note that Covid-19 has created some additional delays with carriers but we are still on target to ship out our orders daily.

We are trying our best to provide our customers with lower cost shipping but as many of you are aware, Big box stores and membership companies can offer deeper discounts, as they sell in larger numbers, where smaller companies don't qualify for those discounts.
Due to carrier rate increases to come in January 2021, we have had to change our shipping policy. We tried to provide a flat rate shipping at the beginning of the year but it wasn't successful. We are now using the exact rates posted by our carriers - DHL, USPS & UPS. We do not charge handling fees or any other fees outside what the carrier charges us.
Please use FREE local pickup for those customers in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (please don’t choose this option unless you are picking up in Murfreesboro) . You will be contacted to set up a day and time for you to pick up your items.
**Please be advised, we always provide tracking information for your Forever Home purchases. If you have any issues with your items being delivered, we will assist where we can but you must contact the carrier (DHL, USPS or UPS) for any lost or stolen packages to start a claim and request a refund where necessary. We are not responsible for stolen/lost merchandise. We go strictly by the tracking information we are provided from the carrier.

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your items in like new condition. Sale items, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs, including initial shipment charges and any returns are non-refundable. When your refund is processed, it will be for the original price you paid for the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If an item is damaged upon receiving, we ask that you kindly email us a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of the email, we will provide you an option to receive a replacement of that item (if stock is available) or a refund of the purchase price.
All order cancellations will be treated as a return and a refund will be posted back to your original source of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All items are inspected before we ship them.
