Shipping – Forever Home

Our shipping time is up to 14 business days (M-F). Once your order ships, you will be notified and will receive tracking information. Please note that Covid-19 has created some additional delays with carriers but we are still on target to ship out our orders daily.  

Shipping charges are: 

We are trying our best to provide our customers with lower cost shipping but as many of you are aware, Big box stores and membership companies can offer deeper discounts, as they sell in larger numbers, where smaller companies don't qualify for those discounts. 

We are currently going to charge a flat rate shipping of $5, which is a discount to each customers from what Forever Home is charged for standard shipping by USPS and UPS and we do not charge handling fees.  

Please use FREE local pickup for those customers in Murfreesboro, Tennessee  (please don’t choose this option unless you are picking up in Murfreesboro) 

**Please be advised, we always provide tracking information for your Forever Home purchases.  If you have any issues with your items being delivered, we will assist where we can but you must contact USPS or UPS for any lost or stolen packages to start a claim and request a refund where necessary.  We are not responsible for stolen/lost merchandise. 

*Some exclusions may apply and are applicable to larger/heavier items.  Shipping charges for those will be indicated at check-out, where applicable.  

Returns:

To return your product, you should mail it to: Forever Home, LLC, 2018-B Medical Center Parkway, PBN#405, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs, including initial shipment charges and any returns are non-refundable.  When your refund is processed, it will be for the original price you paid for the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
